Man pleads guilty to attempted murder

YOUNGSTOWN

An East Side man entered guilty pleas to charges of attempted murder, aggravated robbery and a firearm specification in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Kenyetta Collins, 37, of Plazaview Court, will be sentenced by Judge Maureen Sweeney at a later date.

Collins was accused of shooting a man in a parked car on North Fruit Street on Aug. 14, 2012 and taking $250 in cash from the man.
