2 hospitalized, 1 missing in Pa. fire


LAKE HARMONY, Pa. (AP) — A home has been destroyed in northeastern Pennsylvania, not long after neighbors reported hearing an explosion followed by a raging fire.

The blaze broke out around 2 p.m. today in a home at the Lake Harmony Estates development in Kidder Township, Carbon County.

Neighbors say an explosion shook their homes. The house was gutted.

A Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal said a man and a woman were taken to a hospital and another woman is unaccounted for.
