YSU leads South Dakota 19-17 in second quarter

Youngstown State leads South Dakota 19-17 in the second quarter of Saturday's game at the DakotaDome.

YSU QB Kurt Hess has thrown for one TD and run for another and Martin Ruiz also has a TD run for the Penguins, who have failed on two conversions.
