SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Home Savings Charitable Foundation donated $10,000 to two programs at Youngstown State University. The Summer Bridge Program, a multicultural student retention program, and Beeghly College of Education Boot Camp, a learning community for students of color designed to retain students in the program, each received $5,000.
