Police are looking for a 26-year-old man accused of shooting into a home in the 400 block of Catalina Avenue just before midnight Saturday, injuring two people. Police said Sean Minear went to the home where his ex-girlfriend was because he wanted to speak with her. When she refused, Minear went to his car, pulled a gun from the trunk and started shooting at the home, according to reports. One victim, a 39-year-old woman, was shot in the right shoulder and arm. The other victim, a 47-year-old man, was shot in the left elbow. The victims refused to identify Minear as the shooter. The male victim refused treatment, and the woman was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where she was in stable condition.

Police responded to a traffic accident that reportedly turned into a fight involving gunfire just after midnight Saturday. Three victims were in a 2006 GMC Envoy and stopped in traffic at Hillman Street and West Indianola Avenue when they were rear-ended, according to a police report. They followed the suspect and retrieved a license-plate number. The suspect pulled into a driveway on Garfield Street, and when they drove past the suspect’s car, the suspect began following them. The victims told police the suspect shot at the Envoy while they were driving north over the Market Street bridge. As they got closer to the police station, the suspect fled. Nobody was injured.
