Dana Anne Pitzulo and Cody Michael Allen, both of Raleigh, N.C., exchanged wedding vows March 23 at Highgrove on Laurel Lake, where a reception followed.

The Rev. Barbara Lodge officiated at the 5:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony.

Sam and Janet Pitzulo of Canfield are the parents of the bride. Parents of the groom are Rodney and Susan Allen of Bellefontaine, Ohio.

The bride wore a classic strapless ivory gown with lace-up back and side split featuring a tulle inset.

Wearing plum-colored dresses were Amanda Lattanzio, maid of honor; Morgan Allen, sister of the groom; Amanda Dittmar; Cari Maly; and Regina Bresson.

Heath Allen, the groom’s brother, performed the duties of best man.

Groomsmen were John Pitzulo, the bride’s brother; Aaron LaBatt; and Reed Kalna. Groomswoman was Mary Ann Martin.

The bride graduated from Ohio Northern University with a doctor of pharmacy degree and is a consulting pharmacist with PPD Consulting in Raleigh.

The groom also graduated from Ohio Northern and is a Wake County middle school teacher at Moore Square Middle School in Raleigh.

After a short trip to Boone, N.C., the couple will take an extended honeymoon to Italy in June.

A postnuptial dinner celebration took place May 4 at the Overture Restaurant in Youngstown.
