Robert Bishop, who served on the USS Tennessee on Dec. 7, 1941, during the attack on Pearl Harbor, was honored with a plaque Thursday at Trumbull Business College on Ridge Road Southeast in Howland. Bishop, who is in his 90s, also spoke at the event. Also honored was another Pearl Harbor veteran, Alfred M. Gaskell.
