Andrews Avenue in Youngstown under construction for 120 days

YOUNGSTOWN — Andrews Avenue from Commerce Street to Logan Avenue will be under construction for paving operations and minor roadway rehabilitation starting Monday for about 120 days.

Traffic will be maintained at all times, but drivers should expect intermittent lane restrictions. Drivers are urged to use caution when traveling through the construction zone.
