Show, sale will spotlight artists

YOUNGSTOWN

Art Youngstown Inc., with Dorian Books/Full Circle Florist, will premiere “Second Sunday,” a monthly art auction by local artists, at 2 p.m. June 9.

The venue is Dorian Books at Elm and Madison, 808 Elm St., Youngstown, and the event is a shared benefit with the Eastern Ohio Counseling Association.

Guests will receive three wine tastings from Mastropietro Winery.

They also will meet artist and Vindicator regional editor Tom Wills, who creates detailed pencil drawings of people and pets, musicians and other items, as well as watercolor paintings. He will have works available for purchase as well as auction. His art can be viewed at http://tomwillsproductions.blogspot.com.

Entertainment will be provided by Jamie Lee Marich.
