SENIOR CITIZENS

55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at St. Mary Church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. After the meeting and card games, members will dine out.

Girard Oldtimers will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Lamancusa Restaurant, Trumbull Road.

Holy Family Seniors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Hope Hall at Holy Family Center. Use the youth center entrance. There will be bingo, cards and a 50-50 drawing. For information call Ruth Burns at 330-757-1334.

Liberty Friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Presbyterian Church, 1451 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, for fellowship, cards and games. Take a sack lunch; coffee will be provided.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Douglas Martin will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. PERI Chapter 18 will meet at noon June 4 at the Youngstown Saxon Club, 710 Meridian Road, Austintown. The speaker will be Melissa Ames of the Better Business Bureau on identity theft. The menu consists of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad, rolls, coffee or tea and ice cream. There will be a money raffle. The cost is $10, payable at the door. Packard Electric and Delphi Packard Local 717 Retirees will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Local 717 Union Hall, Warren Commerce Park, 2950 Sferra Ave. Members are asked to take a labeled covered dish and table service. Kim Short, a benefit representative from Dayton, will be the speaker.

Retired Registered Nurses will meet for an annual luncheon at 1 p.m. Tuesday at A La Cart in Canfield. An audit of books and the District 3 ONA Scholarship Fund are on the agenda. Members are asked to take articles for battered women. All area RNs are welcome.
