A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments on the following people this week:

Qeturah Rasyth, also known as Cindy Lewis, 27, Clarksburg, W.Va., two counts of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Orville Hutton, also known as Mykal Rasyth, 50, Clarksburg, W.Va., two counts of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Phillip Hardy, 21, West Judson, felonious assault.

Greg Latronica, 24, East Midlothian, theft and illegal possession of a weapon.

Antuan Hughes, 21, High Street, burglary.

Desmond Curry, 22, Victor Avenue, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Charles Smith, 26, Buckeye Street, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Frank Perry, 22, Neilson Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and illegal possession of a weapon.

Timothy Banks, 19, High Street, attempted burglary.

Ralph Smith, no age given, Seneca Avenue, attempted burglary.

Dymond Ortello, 26, Brooklyn Avenue, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, burglary and felonious assault.

Miesha Williams, 24, Idlewood Avenue, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, burglary and felonious assault.

James Tinsley, 32, Main Street, Campbell, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and illegal possession of a weapon.

Michael Wilson, 18, Matta Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Khamray Bonner, 20, Biscayne Avenue, Liberty, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Shane Mascarella, 19, Dotson Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Marquise Garrett, 19, West Ravenwood Avenue, tampering with evidence.

Butler Johnson, 22, Woodbine Avenue, tampering with evidence.

Kendall Jones, 20, East Avondale Avenue, two counts of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Dwaylen Sellers, 19, West Ravenwood, two counts of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Christine Smith, 30, Salt Springs Road, theft and tampering with evidence.

Joseph Soltesiz Jr., 53, Wildwood Drive, Boardman, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Travis Soltesiz, 27, Wildwood Drive, Boardman, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Brandon Bennett, 29, Chestnut Road, Hubbard, breaking and entering.

Randall Hilbert III, 34, Lynn Haven Road, receiving stolen property.

Geneva Moss, 59, Springdale Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Justin Dyer, 24, Weaver Road, Berlin Center, two counts of receiving stolen property.
