Railroad work to close Salineville road next week

SALINEVILLE

State Route 39 will be closed to traffic at 9 a.m. Wednesday for railroad crossing repairs.

Beginning at state routes 39 and 644, traffic will be detoured north on Route 644 to Route 518, then east on Route 518 to Route 164 south, back to Route 39, and reverse.

Norfolk and Southern Railroad will be performing the repairs. Work is expected to be completed in two days.
