Chicken dinner sales to help vet cemetery

Mount Hope Veterans Memorial Park will sponsor a barbecued chicken dinner from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Reeds Chapel AME Church, 1939 Jacobs Road. All proceeds will go to the upkeep and restoration of the cemetery, located at Liberty Road and Wardle Avenue.

The cost of the dinner, which patrons can eat there or take out, is $10. For a minimum of three orders, delivery is available. The church phone number is 330-743-9849.
