Members of the Youngs-town/Warren Regional Chamber and Terell Leonard will host a ribbon-cutting of Relly’s Seafood Market, 1722 Belmont Ave., at 11 a.m. today.

Leonard, the restaurant’s owner, will give back to the community through a free “Stop the Violence” block party from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday to celebrate the grand opening of the restaurant and honor lost loved ones. The event will have music, food and games.

FNB dividend

HERMITAGE, PA.

F.N.B. Corp.’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend Wednesday of 12 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable June 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 3.

F.N.B. also announced at its annual meeting of shareholders Wednesday that these directors were elected to serve one-year terms expiring in 2014: William B. Campbell, James D. Chiafullo, Vincent J. Delie Jr., Laura E. Ellsworth, Robert B. Goldstein, Stephen J. Gurgovits, David J. Malone, D. Stephen Martz, Robert J. McCarthy Jr., Arthur J. Rooney II, John W. Rose, John S. Stanik, William J. Strimbu and Earl K. Wahl Jr.

Boak & Sons award

AUSTINTOWN

Boak & Sons, an Austintown roofing and insulation contractor, received the 2013 Joan Kovach Safety Leadership Award, which recognizes individuals or companies that have distinguished themselves as safety leaders in the Mahoning Valley business community.

Business owner Sam Boak accepted the award, which was presented during the Mahoning Valley Safety Council’s annual Safety Leadership Awards Luncheon at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

The Safety Leadership Award is sponsored by City Machine Technologies of Youngstown in honor of Joan Kovach, who with her husband, Michael J. Kovach Jr., started, owned and operated City Machine Technologies, Inc. since 1985. Joan died in a hiking accident July 16, 2006.
