Alzheimer’s Network plans walk

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Alzheimer’s Network’s Walk Planning Committee gathered at the Canfield Fairgrounds to prepare for the May 18 event. Volunteers, from left, are Dorothy Barto, Carol Yarob, Kathy Fynes, Velma Crawley, Mary Erb, Carmela Guy and Mary Kay Kollat. The event is called Walking Together to symbolize the bond between patient and caregiver as well as the support for families on their journey through the disease. The public is welcome to walk in memory of a loved one or to help create more awareness of Alzheimer’s disease. For information call 330-788-9755.
