Parents announce Sneddon-Narducci engagement

Carmen and Mary Narducci of Hubbard are announcing the engagement of their son, Chris Narducci, and Dori Sneddon, both of Washington D.C.

Parents of the bride-elect are Robert and Denise Sneddon of Metuchen, N.J.

The couple will exchange vows Aug. 25 in Old Town, Alexandria, Va.

The future bride received a bachelor’s degree in social work from James Madison University and a master’s in social work from Columbia University and is studying for her doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

She is a program specialist for the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Agency for Children and Families.

Her fianc received a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s in urban planning from New York University.

He is a research associate for The Urban Institute.
