YOUNGSTOWN — Early-voting results show these numbers in the Struthers council at large race: Milton Gonzalez, 90 votes; Ronald Mathews, 232 votes, Michael Patrick 271 votes and Joseph Rudzik, 274 votes. Struthers voters have to elect three.
