Austintown Senior Center, 100 Westchester Drive, has planned the following: Monday, open exercise at 8 a.m., bingo at 10, painting class at 10:15, OSHIP social worker at 11:30 and intermediate computer class at noon; Tuesday, open exercise at 8 a.m., Vets Helping Vets and bingo at 10, bridge club at 10:30, line dancing at 11 and cooking class at noon; Wednesday, open exercise at 8 a.m., bingo at 10, pizza party ($3) at noon and movie matinee, “His Girl Friday,” at 12:30 p.m.; Thursday, wood carving and trip to Hartville at 9 a.m., yoga at 9:15, SOS at 9:30, intermediate computer class at 10:15, beginner crochet at 11, Bible study at noon and a la carte dinner/bingo at 5 p.m.; and Friday, open exercise at 8 a.m., bingo and discussion group at 10, seminar on body changes in older adults at 11:30 and lunch at 12:30 p.m. For information call 330-953-1416 or visit www.austintownseniorcenter.webs.com.

Warren S.C.O.P.E. Center, 220 W. Market St., Warren, has planned the following: The cafe will be open Monday through Thursday for all Trumbull County seniors 60 and older. Pastries are offered from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be two choices of soup daily. Coffee is 50 cents, pastries are priced individually. Soup is $2 per bowl or $5 per quart for takeout. Sandwich is $2 and soup and sandwich and Thursday’s hot meal are $3.50. Following is this week’s menu: Monday, barbecue ham sandwich or club wrap; Tuesday, chicken patty or egg salad sandwiches; Wednesday, Philly cheese steak melt or ham salad sandwiches; and Thursday, baked penne with garlic bread and ham or turkey sandwiches. The center also will offer computers classes for seniors. Five classes will be available: Wednesday, free orientation class from 10 a.m. to noon; Friday, keyboard orientation from 10 a.m. to noon (take laptops if you have them), cost is $2; April 9, an intermediate class from 10 a.m. to noon; April 10, beginner class for those with laptops from 10 to noon, cost is $2; April 12 beginner class for those with desktop computers from 10 a.m. to noon, cost is $2.
