WARREN

Northwest Neighborhood Association will host a Warren City Council candidates debate at 6 p.m. April 9 at Grace United Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel Ave. NW. Doors will open at 5:30.

Tickets will be sold for its spaghetti dinner fundraiser May 18, which will also be at the church.

Tickets will cost $7 on the day of the dinner. Carryouts will be available.
