Easter drama

“It Is Finished,” an Easter story in music and drama, will be presented at 6 p.m. Good Friday by Pricetown United Methodist Church choir at the church, 4640 Pritchard Ohltown Road.

Passion play

Highway Tabernacle Church, 3000 S. Raccoon Road, will present a Passion play at 7 p.m. Palm Sunday, 3 and 7 p.m. Good Friday and 7 p.m. Holy Saturday and March 31, Easter Sunday.

Admission is free; there is open seating. Doors will open 45 minutes before the show. A free-will offering will be taken to support missionaries around the globe.

The presentation includes a cast and crew of almost 150 people and live animals.

Christ in Passover

Giselle Le’Aupepe of Jews for Jesus will present a traditional Passover service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive.

She will set the table with items traditionally used at Passover and explain the significance.

Now Creations will present two extended teachings at regional sites.

In Youngstown, sessions will be from 1 to 4 p.m. April 7 and June 2 at the Ursuline Center in Canfield.

The first session will be “Enlightenment and Evil” and the second will be “Enlightenment and Integrated Living.”

Three Mahoning Valley organizations representing dozens of churches across Trumbull County and vicinity are joining together to present a community worship service at 7 p.m. Good Friday at Greater Apostolic Faith Church, 3571 Tod Ave.

Trumbull County Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, the Evangelical Minsters Fellowship and Trumbull County Community of Christians are co-hosting.

The theme is “We Are One at the Cross.”

It will feature music by a combined choir directed by Van Nelson. Guest speaker will be Pastor Todd Johnson of Agape Assembly Church.

The Rev. Phillip Shealey is president of the ministerial alliance; the Rev. Everett Whiteside, president of evangelical minsters; and the Rev. Rick Oaks, president of community of Christians.
