Youngstown woman charged with drunken driving, reckless operation

YOUNGSTOWN — Monica Durkin, 47, of Youngstown, has been charged with two counts of reckless operation and driving under the influence after a police chase and arrest Thursday.

Police reports say she smashed into several cars.

Durkin was set to be arraigned in Youngstown Municipal Court this morning on the three charges against her, but instead entered a written plea of not guilty. The written plea was entered in court via her attorney Gerald Ingram.
