Program will focus on Dorothy Fuldheim

As part of Women’s History Month, McKinley Memorial Library, 40 N. Main St., will feature a program about Dorothy Fuldheim performed by Carol Starre-Kmiecik from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the auditorium.

Fuldheim was the first woman newscaster in the United States. She worked in Cleveland most of her life as a television news commentator, interviewing every U.S. president from Franklin Roosevelt to Ronald Reagan. She died at age 96.

The event is free but reservations are requested.
