Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs will meet at noon for a luncheon at Shepherd of the Valley, 301 W. Western Reserve Road, Poland.SFlbKathy Vrabel Bryan of Mahoning County Soil and Water Conservation will present the program. Meditation will be by Ann Hill. Guests are welcome.
