Marc and Meghan Perry of Wilmington, Del., are announcing the birth of their son, Michael Wayne, on Jan. 7 at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington. Grandparents are Wayne and Gloria Perry of Youngstown and Rehoboth Beach, Del.
