WARREN

A selection of Hall China Co. teapots is on display at the Sutliff Museum through April 27.

The Hall China Co. of East Liverpool has been producing teapots and other pottery items for more than 100 years. What initially made the company unique is an early technique the company’s founder developed that allowed pottery to be glazed and fired only once.

The Sutliff Museum is in the Warren library, 444 Mahoning Ave. It is open from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Admission is free. For more information, visit sutliffmuseum.org.
