Dinner-show with Ricci Martin

Ricci Martin, the youngest son of the late entertainer Dean Martin, will perform a dinner-show May 8 at The Georgetown, 5945 South Ave.

Martin’s show is a tribute to his father.

It will be his third area appearance since 2007.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 and showtime at 7:30.

Tickets are $45 per person ($42 for senior citizens and groups).

The audience will get to know Dean Martin, the legendary singer and show host, through the eyes of Ricci, who is a singer, songwriter and musician.

In the loving tribute to his father, Martin sings all of his father’s most familiar songs, including “Volare,” “You’re Nobody ’Til Somebody Loves You,” “Memories Are Made of This” and “Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime.”

Martin shares humorous stories about his father, taken from the pages of his best-selling autobiography “That’s Amore.”

A video presentation of rare photos from “The Dean Martin Show” will be featured during musical segments, including shots of Dean Martin with Gene Kelly, Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Milton Berle, Phyllis Diller, Lucille Ball and other stars who appeared on the hit TV show.

In a segment of his dinner-show, Martin will answer questions from audience members.
