In a meeting Saturday, board members picked Matthew L. Bowen of Canfield, a Damascus Elementary School principal, as the new superintendant of schools. Bowen was awarded a three-year contract , effective Aug. 1.
Thomas D. Robey, Campbellās current superintendent, is scheduled to retire at the end of the school year.
