U.S. Route 62 will be closed between state Route 446 and state Route 46 until further notice due to a water main break at the intersection of Route 62 and Newton Street. Temporary signs have been posted for the closure. Motorists are asked to plan accordingly and use U.S. Route 224 and Route 46 as alternate routes. The road will most likely reopen later today.
