BREAKING NEWS: Bush, Widdersheim indicted in boy's death
YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul J. Gains was to have a news conference at 4 p.m. today to announce indictments have been returned by a grand jury against Zaryl Bush and Shain Widdersheim in the death of Widdersheim's son, Teddy Foltz-Tedesco, 14.
Bush will be indicted on a charge of murder. Widdersheim will be indicted on a felony charge of child endangerment. There will be no rape charge against Bush as the grand jury apparently concluded there was insufficient evidence to indict him on that charge.
Teddy died Jan. 26 at St. Elizabeth Health Center. He was initially taken to Akron Children's Hospital Mahoning Valley by his mother.
