Telecommunications harassment: Police arrested Christopher Conrad, 18, of French Street, Damascus, on the charge.
Feb.23
Warrant: Police arrested Darryl Ferko, 19, of 580 Notre Dame Ave., Austintown, on an active warrant out of Struthers for contempt of court for disorderly conduct.
Feb. 25
Drug abuse: Police charged Keylynn Taylor, 23, of 159 Mansell Drive., Liberty, with drug abuse of crack cocaine and child endangerment after his arrest in the city.
Feb. 28
Drug paraphernalia: Police charged Jeremy McFarland, 19, of 1405 State Road NW, Warren, with possession of drug paraphernalia after his arrest in the city.
Loose dog: Police cited Courtney Singer, 27, of 9 Willoway, Canfield, for a dog running loose after a Saw Mill Run woman was bitten while walking her dog on the street.

Drug abuse: Police charged Sean Keyse, 18, of Akron, with drug abuse of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after his arrest in the city.
Drug abuse: Police charged Marcel Young, 22, of 2117 Buckeye Circle, Youngstown with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia after his arrest in the city.

Feb. 25
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted text messages were reported at a home in the 900 block of Compass West.
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls from a collection agency were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Selkirk Avenue.
Theft: The victim’s son took a 3-month-old German shepherd puppy from the home in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Drive.
Warrant: Police arrested Breanne Habeger, 19, of 2086 Woodland Trace, on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation.
Theft: An unidentified male borrowed a cellphone and did not return it at Greenwood Chevrolet, 4695 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Roxanne Fee, 51, of 7 Circle Drive, Niles, for theft of cough drops at Sheetz gas station, 5491 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Jeannette Green, 35, of 870 Compass West, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 26
Pursuit: Police charged Tiburcio Cruz, 35,of 2506 Hunter Ave., Youngstown, with fleeing and eluding and menacing after leading police on a chase in the township.
Recovered property: A woman’s purse was recovered at the Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Police arrested Jeannette Rowe, 44, of 1446 Lake Side Drive, Suite 4, Mineral Ridge, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Feb. 27
Breaking and entering: Copper, a furnace, an air-conditioning unit, siding and a hot-water tank were stolen from a house in the 70 block of Westminster Avenue.
Theft: A woman raised money for a male who claimed to have cancer but did not. He took the money anyway from a home in the 4000 block of Claridge Drive.
Theft: A lost or stolen wallet containing gift cards and cash was reported missing at Community Medical Associates, 1450 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Police issued a summons to Duane Moore, 45, of 207 Cedar St., Niles, for a theft at the Sheetz gas station.
Warrant: Police arrested Derek Phillips, 31, of 107 Washington Ave., Niles, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Feb. 28
Warrant: Police arrested Kenneth Perkins, 21, of East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for assault.
March 1
Theft: An unknown amount of copper wire was stolen from the former Body Works Plaza, 5511 Silica Road.
Aggravated menacing: A handgun was pointed at victims at Family Video, 4385 Kirk Road.
Attempted auto theft: Someone tried to steal an auto parked at Boak & Sons, 75 Victoria Road.
March 2
Disturbance: Males were fighting, but there were no injuries at The Babylon, 114 Javit Court.
Recovered property: Several sets of house keys and a flashlight were recovered on Deopham Green.
Criminal damaging: A driver’s-side window was smashed out of a vehicle and mustard was squirted on it at a home in the 4000 block of Viall Road.
Theft: Eighteen video games, 11 DVDs, five books, and a dog statue were stolen from a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.
March 3
Disorderly conduct: Police charged Robert Steventon, 41, of 5963 Callaway Circle, with disorderly conduct after his arrest in the township.
Theft: A bank card was reported missing or stolen at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: Police charged both Randall Ball, 29, of 631 E. Ninth St., Salem, and Ashley Perry, 27, same address, with theft and possession of drug instruments after their arrest in the township.
Theft: Underwear and T-shirts were stolen at Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: Copper ground wire was stolen at an Ohio Edison substation, 3711 Connecticut Ave.
