Pizza-delivery driver robbed at gunpoint in Warren

WARREN — A 19-year-old delivery driver for Pizza Hut was robbed at gunpoint at 444 Scott St. NE at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver said two males approached him wearing masks as he approached the door to the house. One had a handgun pointed at him, and one said, “Drop everything” and “pull out the money.”

The driver dropped the pizza and gave the men about $20. They took the pizza and cash and ran through yards.

Police were called after the driver returned to the restaurant. Police checked the 444 Scott area but only found a receipt on the ground.
