Parents announce James-Davis engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Robin W. James Sr. of Berlin Center and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred H. Davis Jr. of Boardman announce the engagement of their children, Heather Ann James and Alfred H. Davis III, both of Canfield.

Butler North Chapel, Youngstown, will be the setting of the 2:30 p.m. Sept. 14 ceremony. A reception will follow at the Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for both.

The future bride is a graduate of St. Elizabeth School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, where she earned a nuclear medicine certificate. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Mount Union.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Thiel College and a master’s degree in health science with a physician assistant certificate from Cleveland State University. He is a physician’s assistant at TeamHealth.
