BETHESDA, Md.

Warren John F. Kennedy graduate Jason Kokrak finished in a tie for third in the AT&T National golf tournament today, his best performance of the 2013 season.

Bill Haas won the AT&T. He pulled away from a crowd of contenders with three straight birdies, two key pars and one good hop out of the rough. It led to a 5-under 66 on a muggy day at Congressional and a three-shot win over Roberto Castro.

D.H. Lee made nine birdies to match a tournament-best 64 and tied for third with Kokrak, who briefly shared the lead on the front nine and had a 69.

Kokrak won $377,000 by finishing third.
