Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its registration deadline. For verification, include a name and phone number of a contact person, which will not be published.

Who: Coalburg United Methodist Church

What: “Kingdom Rock, Where Kids Stand Strong for God” is the theme.

When: 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 15-19.

Where: Church, 1906 Wick-Campbell Road, Hubbard.

Who: Columbiana Nazarene Church

What: “Right Track” is the theme.

When: 6 to 8:40 p.m. July 8-12

Where: Church, 330 N. Elm St., Columbiana.

Details: Registration forms may be obtained by calling 330-482-3358 between 9 a.m. and noon weekdays. Children registering by 1 p.m. July 7 and attending the first night will receive a special “goody” bag.

Who: Howland Community Church

What: “Prayer Safari” is the theme.

When: 6 to 8 p.m. July 8-12.

Where: Church, 198 Niles-Cortland Road S.E., Howland.

Details: The program is open to children from 4 years old through fifth grade. Cost is $10 per child and $5 for each additional child in the same family. To register, call the church office at 330-856-3628.

What: “Babylon: Daniel’s Courage in Captivity” is the theme.
