Potential racino employees can now register online

AUSTINTOWN

Penn National Gaming announced Friday that those interested in employment at the Austintown racino — expected to open in the summer of 2014 — can register online, submit a resume and receive email notification when jobs are posted.

Potential employees can register at www.hollywoodmahoningvalley.com/ careers or by using their Facebook, Google+ or LinkedIn account to upload a resume and receive the notifications.

The jobs postings will begin sometime in early 2014. Penn National also will conduct job fairs in the community once the hiring process begins.

The racino, which will be called Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, will be seeking employees in a wide variety of job categories, including food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities, parking, wardrobe, security and surveillance, administrative positions and racing operations.
