Ronald O. Clark Jr., 47, New Hampshire Circle, Austintown, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Kristina M. Foster, 30, Firnley Avenue, Boardman, robbery.

Kaitlyn Davis, 21, Eldon Drive, Warren, possession of heroin.

Michael Welsh, 39, East Dewey Avenue, domestic violence, disrupting public services.

Brian Hoskins, 28, Roxbury Avenue, failure to provide change of address.

Jarrod Makis, 25, Mahoning Avenue NW, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Lloyd Muskelly, 33, Copley Road, Akron, receiving stolen property.

Andre Swanson, 35, Helena Street, burglary.

Michael Watkins, 23, South Lakeview Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Joshua Reynolds, 28, East Oregon Avenue, Sebring, two counts of importuning.

Michael Tibbs, 38, Broadway, Youngstown, aggravated burglary, domestic violence, violation of a protection order, abduction and felonious assault.

James Gadd, 25, Innwood Drive, Austintown, three counts of menacing by stalking with firearm specifications.

Michael B. Williams, 54, West Woodbine Avenue, domestic violence.

Allen Thompson, 18, Trumbull Court, Youngstown, two counts aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping and attempted murder with firearm specifications.
