Lowellville car cruise to observe the Fourth Monday

LOWELLVILLE

Lowellville’s weekly Cruisin’ the River event at East Water Street, sponsored by the city’s business association, will celebrate the Fourth of July during the Monday car cruise.

The holiday will be observed during a 6 p.m. ceremony with the American Legion Honor Guards. Cruisin’ the River festivities continue until 9 p.m.
