Kokrak one shot off lead at AT&T

— Jason Kokrak will enter the final round of the AT&T National Sunday with a chance for first PGA Tour victory.

The Warren JFK graduate surged into contention Saturday while playing 26 holes in the AT&T National at Congressional Country Club.

Nine birdies helped Kokrak (6-under par 207) pull within a shot of co-leaders James Driscoll, Bill Haas, Roberto Castro and Andres Romero.

Kokrak shot a 71 on Thursday, then had his second round interrupted by storms after 10 holes on Friday. On Saturday, he completed a second round of 66 and a third round of 70.

Kokrak will try to notch his first PGA Tour victory Sunday when he tees off on No. 1 at 10:20 a.m. today. Romero and Tom Gillis will be in his group.
