CANFIELD
Kacee Moser signed a plea agreement today before Judge Scott Hunter in Mahoning County Court on charges of receiving stolen property.
Moser, 24, was indicted last week on charges of abduction and child endangering, accused leaving her children strapped in their car seats when she went to work. The woman who dropped Moser off at her nursing home job called police because she was worried about the children. Police went to Moser’s South Avenue home in Beaver Township and had to break down the door to get to the children.
Moser will pay $1,000 in fines for the receiving stolen property charge. Her arraignment on the child endangering and abduction charges will be held in July.
