Trumbull effort seeks police digital network

Top Trumbull County law-enforcement administrators say the opportunity to quickly access information from other police departments over a digital network has great crime-solving potential.

The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office has been working since about 2008 to implement theTri-County Regional Information Sharing System, made possible by a $173,760 federal grant.
