Cortland Banks has created assistant community banking manager positions with Rita Fuscoe joining the Boardman office and Colleen KurillaSFlbaccepting the position in Vienna.

Cortland Bancorp, the holding company for the Cortland Savings and Banking Company, has appointed Joseph Langhenry as a member of the board of directors of the company and bank.

Langhenry will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Jerry A. Carleton, who has served on the board since August 2004.
