Corey Deal picked up the win for Baird, yielding four unearned runs on six hits in five innings. Bub Haddox paced the Baird attack with three hits, three runs scored and an RBI. Mitch Robinson had two hits, two RBI and two runs while Alex Hammond had two hits, three runs and an RBI. Brent McCormick led Glaciers with two hits, including a two-run double.

Creekside Fitness 5, Roth Brothers 1

Alex Slatch pitched a five-hitter with nine strikeouts and two walks to get the win. Jared Wiesen had three hits and an RBIs to lead Creekside. Zac Miller had two hits, an RBI and a run. Ryan Megyesi had a hit and scored the only run of the game for Roth.

Astro Falcons 11, Youngstown Express 0

Matt Grainger went the distance for Astro, scattering four hits while striking out five and not walking a batter. Bubba Wells had a two-run triple, a double and a run for Astro. Chris Wastchak tripled, drove in two runs and scored in the win. Matt Lacko doubled for Express.

Creekside 14, Ohio Glaciers 10

Creekside scored five runs in the top of the seventh to win. Dan Ferguson had three hits and four RBIs in the win, while Chase Thurber, Santana Berrea and Dylan Jones had RBIs in the crucial seventh. Gary Muntean drove in three runs for Glaciers.

Astro 8, Bel-Park 2

Jim Leone had two hits and three RBIs to lead Astro, while Nick Revak got the win on the mound. For Bel-Park, Nick Mallis had two hits and one RBI.

Toyota 4, Express 1

Anthony Rohan and Ryan Brumbaugh each had a pair of hits and a run for Toyota, which scored three runs in the top of the sixth thanks to big hits from Mark Seals and Jake Evanoff. Scott Moore pitched a four-hitter with seven strikeouts and zero walks. Jake Cole had two hits and scored the lone run for Express.

Accrohealth 2, Toyota Of Warren 1

Ty Wiery tossed a five-hitter with four walks and two strikeouts. Mike Montalbano’s two-run single was the difference. Zarek Bell added two hits. Jake Evanhoff struck out five and walked two in a losing effort and Pat Carlozzi had two doubles and scored a run for Toyota.

Kuboff & Associates 3, Bel-Park Pharmacy 1

Brian Penz yielded an unearned run on five hits in four innings to get the win, striking out seven and walking three. Mitch Machi got the save with three no-hit innings of relief. Brooks Pletcher hit an RBI single and scored for Kuboff and Alex Greathouse singled and scored. For Bel-Park, Chris Elliot had a hit and scored the only run.

Tyler Cannon doubled for Kuboff, which scored all five runs in the third inning. Jared Kapturasky tripled for Glaciers, while Brandon Fagert and Don Colucci doubled.

Astro 7, Toyota 1

Tyler Reckenwald and Vinny Ruberto each doubled for Astro. Kip DeShields and Mike Schuler combined on a five-hitter.

Glaciers 13, Express 3

Don Colucci doubled twice and tripled for Glaciers, while Rich Serignese added a double.
