Bush pleads guilty to Teddy Foltz murder

YOUNGSTOWN — Zaryl Bush, 42, of Creed Street in Struthers, pleaded guilty this morning to charges that he tortured and beat his ex-girlfriend's son to death.

Bush entered his pleas to Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to charges of murder, four counts of child endangering, two counts of intimidation and tampering with evidence in the death of Teddy Foltz and other abuse of Foltz's twin brothers, now 11.

Teddy died Jan. 26 from his injuries.

The boys' mother, Shain Widdersheim, also of Struthers, pleaded guilty to charges earlier this week to charges she allowed the abuse to happen.

Sentencing for Bush is set for late next week.
