Alumni will return for scholarship recital

CORTLAND

Raidel Auditorium at Lake- view High School, 300 Hillman Drive, will feature six returning alumni for its benefit 5th Annual Alumni Recital at 3 p.m. Sunday.

The fundraiser provides a scholarship for a graduating senior to major in music. This year’s recipient is Alex G. Miller, who also will perform at the recital. He plans to attend Youngstown State University as a saxophone performance and music composition major.

Alumni performers are Stephanie Carter (flute, 2010), Katie (Harrison) Fowler (voice, 2005), Laura Ogram (french horn, 2012), Heather Trowbridge (voice, 2010), Shaina Vencel (voice, 2002), and Heather (Young) Mandujano (flute, 2001).

Admission costs $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students. Tickets will be sold at the door.
