Rod and Gun Club presents scholarship and will offer tour

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Lowellville Rod and Gun Club, 6225 Quarry Road, presented Matthew Horner with a check for $500 to use for his studies in environmental protection at West Virginia University.
