Search continues for man believed to have drowned in Pymatuning

The search continues for a 48-year old man from the Pittsburgh area who is believed to have drowned in Pymatuning Lake in Ashtabula County.

The man was seen around 6 p.m. Saturday jumping off a rented pontoon boat. The man had jumped into the lake to help a women get back into the boat. He went underwater and never resurfaced, according to reports.

Pymatuning State Park Police said they will continue search efforts until a recovery can be made.
