YOUNGSTOWN — The Powerstown Neighbors Block Watch meets at 7 p.m. Thursday at Faith Community Church, 1919 Midlothian Blvd. City Councilman John R. Swierz, D-7th, will be in attendance to discuss neighborhood issues.
