BREAKING NEWS: YSU inks pact with new president

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State University trustees announced this afternoon that a contract has been reached with Randy Dunn to serve as the new university president beginning July 15.

His annual base compensation is $375,000. The contract is for three years.
