Youngstown police investigating Internet cafe robbery

YOUNGSTOWN — Police say two men stole an undetermined amount of cash from an Internet cafe on the South Side about 10:50 p.m. Monday.

An employee at Internet Palace, 1100 E, Midlothian Blvd., told police a man came in, pointed a gun at her face and demanded money while another man who had his face covered reached in the cash register and took some cash. The men then ran outside.

A witness told police he saw two men running in the parking lot who told him to get on the ground and he did. Reports said people inside playing games were not able to give a description of the men because the robbery happened so fast.

Police are reviewing video of the robbery as well.
