CANFIELD
May 18
Counterfeit money: $5,200 in counterfeit $100 bills were used to buy money orders at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
May 19
Stalking, harassment: A woman, while parked at Famous Hair, 421 E. Main St., reported being stalked and harassed by a male suspect.
June 3
Carrying concealed weapon: Police charged John Keish, 62, of 432 Freemont Drive, for failing to inform arresting officers he had a weapon in his car.
June 9
Drug abuse: Police charged Candace White, 30, of 7410 West Blvd., Boardman, with drug abuse, possession of drug instruments and drug paraphernalia after her arrest in the city.
AUSTINTOWN
June 3
Theft: A debit card was used fraudulently at Walgreens, 40 N. Meridian Road.
Attempted aggravated robbery: A male victim was assaulted in the parking lot at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave., in an attempt to steal his wallet.
Breaking and entering: Money was taken at Wedgewood Lanes, 1741 S. Raccoon Road, after a break-in, and a register was forced open.
Theft: Copper piping was stolen from former tenants at a home in the 100 block of North Main Street.
Disorderly conduct: A male is a suspect in disorderly conduct at a home in the 200 block of North Edgehill Avenue.
June 4
Theft: Police charged Terrance Towns, 23, of 5474 Lemoyne Ave, Struthers, with theft, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm, and Victor Toney, 24, of 953 Parkview Ave., Youngstown, was charged with obstructing official business and theft at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Police arrested Benjamin Moore, 23, of 1187 S. Raccoon Road, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Criminal damaging: A hose was cut on the outside of Lane Funeral Home, 1350 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: Police charged James Ferry, 44, of 130 Comstock St., Warren, and Nicole Rafferty, 38, same address, with a theft from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A wood-burning stove was stolen at a home in the 400 block of North Raccoon Road.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Jason Howell, 23, of 1514 Chattanooga Ave., Youngstown, for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Menacing: Threatening telephone calls were received from an unidentified female at a home in the 1000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Menacing: There is a suspect in a case of menacing at a home in the 1000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
June 5
Domestic violence: Police charged both Frederick Vizi, 32, of 231 Rosemont Ave., and Victoria Sukits, 20, same address, with domestic violence.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Ashley Sumpter, 22, of 179015 Glendale Ave., Lake Milton, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Warrant: Police arrested Steve Sodomora, 57, of 5123 Oakcrest Drive, on a warrant for aggravated arson.
Theft: A gold necklace and cosmetics were stolen from at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: DVDs were stolen from Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Money was taken at the Austintown Board of Education offices, 700 S. Raccoon Road.
Assault: An assault was reported at a home in the 20 block of Kroeck Avenue.
Identity theft: A woman who lives in the 1000 block of South Meridian Road reported identity theft.
Theft: An Acer computer was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Wedgewood Drive.
Telecommunications harassment: There is a suspect in telecommunications harassment at a home in the 2000 block of Innwood Drive.
Theft: Payment for food was stolen at Salvatore’s, 4831 Mahoning Ave.
Aggravated menacing: A roommate threatened to kill the victim at a home in the 3000 block of Kirk Road. Police said there were conflicting stories.
June 6
Recovered property: An unidentified male dropped off a wallet at the police station.
Warrant: Police arrested Amanda Gerlach, 29, of 114 N. Osborn Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant for theft of a $448, 46-inch LCD television at Walmart.
Assault: Police charged Matthew Gwinn, 30, of 625 Scott Ave., Niles, with assault.
Theft: Unauthorized charges were made to a checking account at a home in the 10 block of North Raccoon Road.
June 7
Theft: A victim’s wallet was stolen at Austintown Baptist Church, 1180 S. Raccoon Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Erika Zintonelli, 30, of 168 N. Roanoke Ave., on a warrant for theft by deception.
Drug offense: Drug paraphernalia was left by a former tenant at Country Inn & Suites, 5570 Interstate Blvd.
Theft: Jewelry was taken at a home in the 1000 block of Laurie Drive.
Criminal trespassing: Romeo Latessa, 56, of 4493 Mahoning Ave., No. 15, was released on a summons on a charge of criminal trespassing.
Theft: A woman was victim of theft at Sun Merchant, 3605 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Police charged James Hopson, 69, of 444 Catalina Ave., Youngs-town, with theft of numerous items of clothing at Walmart.
Warrant: Police arrested Lamont Askew, 20, of 5942 Callaway Circle, on a Youngstown police bench warrant.
June 8
Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Jeremy McDonnell, 34, of 2731 Shady Run Road, Youngstown, for disorderly conduct.
Criminal trespassing: Police charged Victoria Sukits, 20, of 231 Rosemont Ave., with criminal trespassing.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Tray Helms, 23, of 472 S. Raccoon Road, for possession of marijuana.
Lost or stolen property: A wallet was reported lost or stolen from a home in the 10 block of Benton Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A car window was shattered at Fox Run Apartments, 60 N. Raccoon Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Sean Lyden, 26, of 1711 W. Hampton Drive, No. 5, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of petty theft and possession of drugs.
Telecommunications harassment: Threatening phone calls were reported at a home in the 3000 block of Robert Frost Drive.
Menacing: An ongoing neighbor dispute was reported in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.
